OATES PARK

Public BBQ

Oates Park offers a spacious, clean environment tucked away in Woodridge's back streets. The park features well-maintained grounds with ample space for activities like frisbee throwing, ball games, and family picnics. Facilities include BBQ areas, tables, a playground with swings, slides, and climbing equipment, plus toilet blocks and water fountains. The park attracts friendly wildlife, with wallabies appearing from neighboring parklands after dark. Non-swooping magpies make it peaceful, and there's even a small shop for refreshments. The expansive playing field provides plenty of room for children to run around, making it an ideal spot for afternoon family gatherings or flying kites and drones.
